An action plan for happiness 

If one has found themselves in a state or mindset which cannot be described in positive terms, the following actions may prove useful in generating a more proactive and positive mood and outlook:

  1. If possible, go outside
  2. In an area where you feel comfortable, look upwards (countless studies and testimonials have been made about the immense benefits of looking up, more on that in a future post)
  3. Now as you look up, smile. If it must be forced, it is recommended to do so.
  4. If possible, whilst looking up and smiling, jump up and down on the spot. Small jumps are satisfactory.

If one follows these steps for one minute, a more positive outlook is almost certain; one which is expected to create beneficial results on your journey.
